The BoligAlert advantage
BoligAlert finds new homes very quickly while you focus on other things
BoligAlert continuously watches selected housing sources, matches new listings with your criteria and sends a push alert when a match is registered. On some sources, the app detects housing data before the listing page is ready. Open the original listing straight from the alert and act quickly.

What BoligZonen BoligMatcher does
BoligZonen describes BoligMatcher as a free feature that records your housing preferences and emails you when new listings on BoligZonen match. Its search page offers filters including property type, rent, size, rooms, rental period and move-in date. It fits people who want to follow BoligZonen’s rental listings.
BoligAlert finds new matches across housing sources
BoligAlert follows selected housing sources rather than only BoligZonen’s portal. The app matches new rentals and homes for sale with your preferences and sends a push alert so you can open the listing quickly. Save up to five rental and five purchase searches for free. On some sources, BoligAlert detects housing data before the listing page is ready.
Choose based on your search
Choose BoligZonen BoligMatcher if you want to save a rental search on BoligZonen and receive emails about new listings there. Choose BoligAlert if you want to follow sources covered by the app or are also looking to buy. If a landlord advertises in more than one place, both services may be useful; check the original listing before applying.
Follow what matters to you
A portal agent and a housing alert do not necessarily cover the same inventory. Compare the sources you want to follow and whether you prefer email or push. Confirm availability, rent, move-in date and application terms on the listing with the landlord or platform.
Choose for your needs
Which option fits your search?
Choose BoligAlert to get rental and purchase matches from selected housing sources straight to your iPhone. BoligZonen’s BoligMatcher can add email alerts about new listings on BoligZonen.
