1. The service
BoligAlert helps you monitor rental homes and homes for sale from selected sources and send alerts when new homes match your criteria.
The service is provided as is and is developed continuously. We do not guarantee that all housing sources are always available, complete, or error-free.
2. Account and access
The app creates an app account to save your rental and purchase preferences, devices, and subscription status. You are responsible for use of the account associated with your device.
3. Premium subscription
Premium provides access to ongoing rental and purchase monitoring, matching, and alerts for new matches. Alerts can be delivered as push notifications when notifications are enabled on your device.
If you buy Premium on iPhone, the purchase is made as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage, cancel, or restore the subscription in Apple's subscription settings after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally gives access until the paid period ends.
4. Prices and renewal
The current price, subscription period, and any trial periods are shown in the app before you complete a purchase.
If Apple changes or rejects a purchase, Apple's platform and terms govern the payment.
5. User responsibilities
You may not use the app for abuse, automated overload, circumvention of security measures, or any other use that harms the service or third-party data.
6. Housing data and third-party content
Housing information comes from third-party sources. We do not necessarily own the listing content itself and cannot guarantee that listings are still available, accurate, or complete.
The app uses limited factual metadata such as source, area/address, rent or purchase price, size, rooms, status, and original link. We do not attempt to replace the original listing and do not knowingly display third-party photos, floor plans, long descriptions, or marketing text as the app's own content.
BoligAlert is not affiliated with or endorsed by the shown landlords, brokers, or housing sources unless explicitly stated. Rights holders can contact us at the support address to request correction, removal, or deactivation of a source or listing.
The app is a monitoring and notification tool. It is not a brokerage, rental, or purchase service and does not enter into housing agreements on your behalf.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, operating losses, missed opportunities, notification delays, or errors in third-party data.
8. Termination and account deletion
You can stop using the app at any time. If you want to close your account completely, you can start account deletion in the app.
Deleting your account does not automatically stop an active Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription in Apple's subscription settings if you do not want future renewal.
9. Rights requests and removal
If you are a rights holder or represent a housing source and believe that BoligAlert displays or uses content incorrectly, contact us at support@boligalert.com.
We may correct, remove, or deactivate sources or listings while a request is reviewed, and we only reactivate a source if there is an appropriate basis for continued use.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms if the service, prices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be available through the app's legal page and on this website.
