1. The service
BoligAlert helps you monitor rental homes and homes for sale from selected sources and send alerts when new homes match your criteria.
The service is provided as is and is developed continuously. We do not guarantee that all housing sources are always available, complete, or error-free.
BoligAlert is an information, monitoring, and notification tool. The app is not a broker, landlord, application portal, or party to any rental, purchase, or agency agreement.
2. Account and access
The app creates an app profile to save your rental and purchase preferences, devices, notification settings, and subscription status. You are responsible for use of the profile associated with your device or Apple login.
You may not attempt to access other profiles, abuse purchase restoration, or bypass technical restrictions in the app.
3. Premium subscription
Premium provides access to ongoing rental and purchase monitoring, matching, and alerts for new matches. Alerts can be delivered as push notifications when notifications are enabled on your device.
If you buy Premium on iPhone, the purchase is made as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
Premium may include a 3-day Apple introductory free trial when shown to you in the App Store purchase flow. The trial length, price after trial, and subscription period are shown in the app before you start. When the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription unless you cancel in time through Apple.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage, cancel, or restore the subscription in Apple's subscription settings after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally gives access until the paid period ends.
If no separate EULA has been agreed, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app together with these terms. For payment, renewal, and refund matters, Apple's platform terms govern the purchase itself.
4. Prices, refunds, and access
The current price, currency, subscription period, and any trial periods are shown in the app before you complete a purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and Apple's price tiers.
Refunds, payment issues, chargebacks, and withdrawal requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple unless mandatory law gives you additional rights.
Premium access requires an active and verifiable subscription status. If Apple cannot verify a purchase, premium access may be refused or temporarily unavailable until the purchase can be restored or verified.
5. User responsibilities
You may not use the app for abuse, automated overload, circumvention of security measures, or any other use that harms the service or third-party data.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, bulk export, or use housing data from BoligAlert for commercial databases, competing services, scraping, or automated monitoring without written permission.
You are responsible for assessing a home, landlord, broker, price, contract terms, and any costs before acting on a notification.
6. Housing data, automated monitoring, and third-party content
Housing information comes from third-party sources. We do not necessarily own the listing content itself and cannot guarantee that listings are still available, accurate, or complete.
Housing data may be delayed, changed, removed, reserved, sold, rented, or incorrect at the original source before BoligAlert detects the change. Notifications are therefore not a guarantee of availability, priority, reply from the landlord or broker, or ability to enter into an agreement.
BoligAlert uses automated technical monitoring and collection of publicly available housing information and source data to identify new or changed homes, normalize limited factual metadata, and link back to the original source.
We try to limit use to necessary factual information and to respect technical restrictions, source policies, and applicable law. If you represent a source or are a rights holder and want us to stop, limit, correct, or discuss our monitoring of a source or listing, contact us at support@boligalert.com.
The app uses limited factual metadata such as source, area/address, rent or purchase price, size, rooms, status, and original link. We do not attempt to replace the original listing and do not knowingly display third-party photos, floor plans, long descriptions, or marketing text as the app's own content.
BoligAlert is not affiliated with or endorsed by the shown landlords, brokers, or housing sources unless explicitly stated. Rights holders can contact us at the support address to request correction, removal, or deactivation of a source or listing.
Full details, photos, documents, viewings, applications, purchase inquiries, and contact must always happen at the original source.
7. Intellectual property
BoligAlert, the app design, code, structure, text, and our own data outputs belong to BoligAlert or our licensors. You receive only a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Third-party names, logos, links, and housing information belong to their respective owners and are used only as needed to show source, facts, and the original link.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, operating losses, missed opportunities, notification delays, or errors in third-party data.
We are also not responsible for decisions you make based on housing information or for acts, errors, terms, prices, rejections, or agreements from landlords, sellers, brokers, housing platforms, or other third parties.
9. Termination, suspension, and account deletion
You can stop using the app at any time. If you want to close your account completely, you can start account deletion in the app.
Deleting your account does not automatically stop an active Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription in Apple's subscription settings if you do not want future renewal.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the app is used in breach of these terms, applicable law, security, or third-party rights.
10. Rights requests and removal
If you are a rights holder or represent a housing source and believe that BoligAlert displays or uses content incorrectly, contact us at support@boligalert.com.
Please include the source, URL, the content concerned, and whether you request correction, removal, or another action. We may correct, remove, or deactivate sources or listings while a request is reviewed, and we only reactivate a source if there is an appropriate basis for continued use.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms if the service, prices, data flows, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The current version will be available through the app's legal page and on this website.
If a change is material to your use of the app, we will try to make it clear in the app or on the website.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country give you better rights.
