The BoligAlert advantage
BoligAlert finds housing matches very quickly across sources
BoligPortal follows its own listings. BoligAlert also watches selected housing sources elsewhere, matches new listings with your criteria and sends a push alert when a match is registered. On some sources, BoligAlert detects housing data before the listing page is ready, helping you move quickly to the original listing.

When does BoligPortal fit?
BoligPortal is a good fit if you want to search rental listings on its portal, use its filters and receive a Search Agent email for new listings there. Its help centre says searching and creating agents are free, while contacting landlords requires an active subscription. You can create multiple agents with different search criteria.
Practical details about Search Agent
BoligPortal says agents expire after six months. You cannot edit an existing agent; delete it and create another if your criteria change. Choose filters carefully and check from time to time that the agent is still active.
BoligAlert finds new matches while you focus on other things
BoligAlert continuously watches selected housing sources, matches new rentals and homes for sale with your preferences and sends a push alert when a match is registered. Save up to five rental and five purchase searches for free, then open the original listing directly from the app. On some sources, BoligAlert detects housing data before the listing page is ready.
Choose one or use both?
Use BoligPortal if its listings are central to your search. Use BoligAlert for the sources supported in the app. Using both can expand your workflow: BoligPortal describes an agent for listings on its portal, while BoligAlert follows selected sources. Neither service promises to cover every home on the market.
