BoligPortal gathers listings on its own portal

BoligPortal lets home seekers filter listings on its portal and create Search Agents from those criteria. Its help centre says it emails you when a matching listing is posted on BoligPortal. You can create multiple agents; they expire after six months, and you need to delete and recreate one to change its criteria. This is useful if you want to follow BoligPortal’s listing inventory.

BoligZonen and Lejebolig.dk also offer search agents

BoligZonen describes its free BoligMatcher as an email about new rental homes matching your criteria on BoligZonen. Lejebolig.dk offers a free SearchAgent and describes matching homes with agent emails. Both tools are based on their own listings and search fields.

Boliga and Boligsiden for buying a home

Boliga gathers publicly advertised homes for sale through estate agents and Boliga Selvsalg, with property data, history and search tools. The Boligsiden app offers homes for sale, saved searches and email alerts about new homes in a selected area or price changes to favourites. They are strong tools for exploring homes for sale and the housing market; BoligAlert adds continuous match monitoring across selected rental and purchase sources.

Combine search routes with a plan

You can combine a portal’s agent with BoligAlert and direct searches on landlord websites. Give each search a purpose: for example, one portal for its listings and an alert app for selected sources you would otherwise check manually. Use the original listing to confirm price, terms, availability and how to apply.
