BoligAlert is built around one loop: save your housing preference, measure the market continuously, and react quickly when something fits. The statistics are product feedback, not a housing guarantee.
Early signal
On some sources, structured housing data becomes available before the public listing page has finished publishing. When that happens, BoligAlert can detect the signal first. If the link is not ready yet, the app explains why, keeps the home saved, and checks again automatically. This does not happen for every source or home and is not a timing guarantee.

How it works
The app is made for renters and buyers who do not want to refresh the same searches manually all day.
Choose city, rent or purchase budget, square meters, and rooms. Your choices start as a local onboarding draft. Premium or an eligible Apple trial is required to save an active preference; with Premium, you can create multiple preferences and pause them separately.
BoligAlert matches new factual housing data against your criteria and shows market status in the app.
With Premium, the app monitors your housing preferences continuously and can deliver alerts as push notifications when enabled.
Data sources
BoligAlert is not affiliated with or endorsed by shown landlords, brokers, or housing sources unless explicitly stated.
The app uses limited data such as area/address, rent or purchase price, size, rooms, status, and original link for matching and alerts.
Full details, application, purchase inquiry, and contact happen at the original source. BoligAlert does not replace the source pages.
Rights holders and source representatives can email support@boligalert.com to request correction, removal, deactivation, or a discussion about automated monitoring of a source or listing.

No. The service covers selected data sources and may have delays or missing data. We do not guarantee complete market monitoring.
Yes. Without Premium, you can explore the live radar and map and keep the local draft created during onboarding. Saving active rental or purchase preferences, viewing match activity, and receiving push notifications require Premium or an eligible Apple introductory trial.
Premium is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and cancelled in Apple's subscription settings. Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
