Choose city, rent or purchase budget, square meters, and rooms. You can save up to five rental and five purchase searches for free. Continuous server matching is included during a free campaign or with a subscription.

Does BoligAlert work on Android?
BoligAlert is available for iPhone on the App Store. This website does not offer an Android app.
How much does BoligAlert cost?
BoligAlert is free to download on the App Store. Saved searches and exploration are free; continuous monitoring follows the current campaign or subscription shown in the app.
Does BoligAlert find every home?
No. The service covers selected data sources and may have delays or missing data. We do not guarantee complete market monitoring.
What is a housing alert?
A housing alert is a saved search that watches the sources covered by BoligAlert and can send a push when a match is detected. Always use the original source for details and applications.
Will an alert always arrive first?
It can happen for some sources, but it is not guaranteed. Update speed and coverage vary, and BoligAlert does not replace the original listing sites.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Yes. You can explore the live radar and map, save up to five rental and five purchase searches, and control notification permission. A current free-launch campaign may also include continuous monitoring; afterwards it requires a subscription.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Continuous monitoring is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and cancelled in Apple's subscription settings. Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
