Housing alerts for iPhone

Find new housing matches without checking every site.

A housing alert is a saved search that can notify you about new matches. BoligAlert is an iPhone app that follows selected rental and property sources in Denmark. Set your city, budget, size and room count, then open the original listing when a match interests you.

When are housing alerts useful?

BoligAlert suits people who would otherwise check several landlord or property websites every day. It brings together new matches from supported sources. You can save both rental and purchase searches if you are considering either option.

How to set up a search

Download BoligAlert from the App Store. Choose renting or buying, then set a city, maximum rent or purchase budget, floor area and number of rooms. Save the search and check that monitoring is enabled in the app. Allow iPhone notifications to receive alerts while the app is closed.

From a match to an application

The app matches new factual housing data with your enabled searches. Each match includes limited housing information and a link to its source. Visit that source for photos, the full description, availability, contact and applications. If a listing page is not ready yet, the app can check the link again.

Alerts or a manual search?

Use BoligAlert to follow selected sources in one place. Search landlord, housing association and estate agent websites directly for additional options and exact conditions. An alert does not replace a waiting list or an application. Coverage and update frequency vary by source and location.

What does BoligAlert cost?

BoligAlert is free to download on the App Store. Explore the radar and map and save up to five rental and five purchase searches for free. Continuous monitoring follows the current free campaign or a subscription. Check current pricing and conditions in the app before purchasing.

Is a matching home still available?

A match means the app registered housing data that fits your search. It does not guarantee that the home remains available or that your application will succeed. Confirm availability and details with the original source.
