Student accommodation and ordinary rentals
An affordable rental is not necessarily student accommodation with special admission requirements. Student residences and housing providers may use their own eligibility rules and application systems. Check these with the provider. BoligAlert does not allocate dormitory rooms or register you on waiting lists.

Start with a rent budget you can afford and your journey to university and work. Save a search for your preferred area and, if useful, a broader alternative. Use the radar and history to see whether your criteria produce matches within supported sources. Historical records do not establish current availability.
How to use BoligAlert during your search
Save your preferences and enable monitoring in the app. Allow push notifications if you want alerts about new matches. Open the original source when a home interests you, check its requirements and apply there. Coverage varies and does not include every student residence or rental.
What is free?

Yes. Combine your university’s housing guidance, student residence providers, waiting lists and direct landlord searches with alerts. This gives you more options than following only the sources BoligAlert supports.
